Media Team

There are 3 ways you can get involved on the Media Team - Propresenter, Livestream, and Photography/Videography. For more information about any of these roles, contact the Communications & Media Director, Mandy Sullivan at mandy@allsoulsfellowship.org. Also, if you have other communication and media skills (writing, graphic design, etc) that you would like to contribute to All Souls, please reach out!

Propresenter

  • Arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the service to check the status of the projector screen and booth computer, and take his or her place in the booth.

  • Perform the following tasks:

  • Advances the overhead slides during worship and liturgy

  • Cues and plays videos and music when needed throughout the service (including sermons)

  • Apart from needing to be in the tech booth in the rear of the sanctuary during the service, volunteering as the Propresenter operator does not greatly interfere with ability to worship.

  • Volunteers can serve as little as 1 service, 1 Sunday a month, making this an easy way to get involved and serve our church community.

Livestream/Switcher

  • Receive training from our Livestream Technician, Caleb, to be able to confidently livestream our second service.

  • Arrive at 10:30am and report to the media room to prepare and go through camera presets.

  • Operate the robo-cameras, keep an eye on audio levels, and communicate with the ProPresenter operator when needed.

  • This not a regular volunteer need, only occasional fill-in position.

Photography & Videography

Do you enjoy photography or video production? Work alongside our Communications & Media Director, Mandy Sullivan, to capture Sundays and events or document stories from individuals in our church.
